I was looking through my pictures on Instagram, and I noticed every picture on there showed a girl with a huge smile on her face.
But the reality is that I can point out a few of those where I was drowning in problems, in struggle, in pain, in fear and so much unhappiness.
There have been times where this woman sought comfort and validation in the wrong things, only to gain that temporary fix(smile), and then back to sleepless nights and constant tears. What then is the point? For everyone to think you’re okay, and then what? The most important person is YOU! No one else but YOU!
Woman, seek to please yourself. Seek after the things of God. Become whole individually. Do not aim to please none other than God. Find your joy, peace of mind and love in God, and as promised, everything else will come together.
